Here Are the Instructions for Calculating Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)

Step 1: Enter the appropriate company information in the blue marked cells in the “DCF” sheet.

Step 2: Calculate the changes in net working capital from the balance sheet.

Step 3: Calculate discount rate using WACC.

Note how this Discounted Cash Flow Template refers to the calculation of free cash flow to the firm, which is actually the most commonly used, if you are interested in other variations of cash flow, feel free to contact me.
